  1. Our deepest and most sincere condolences to Chief Emmons’ family and his RVFD and MPD families on his much too early passing.

  2. Scott is/was such a great dad. My daughter plays ice hockey with his daughter. He was at every game he could possibly attend and cheering for his daughter. He had a great smile. You knew he was smiling even with a mask on. This is such sad news. We will be thinking of his family, the RVFD and MPD families.

  3. Our deepest condolences on the loss of this wonderful man, and even more wonderful Dad. We had the privilege of getting to know Scott through MYHA Girls Hockey. We was an always smiling, supportive presence in the stands and just a great, fun, positive person to be around. Sending love to Emily and Maggie and his RVFD family. — The Sprague Family
